LUDO has been covered many times by GJ Project for his distinct style and eye-popping pieces. In this video the artist tells us that he is always on a pursuit to put his work over top of the advertisements that saturate the streets. LUDO takes aim to put a halt on the never-ending cycle of the commercialization of public space.
LUDO has allowed Laurie Grossett & Defense Dafficher into his studio to see the creative process of his pieces & let the cameras follow him around as he selectively took out some commercial advertising and replaced them with his own “advertisements”. His hope is that his pieces can re-work people’s common perceptions.
