Steve Powers recently spoke at the PSFK Conference in New York City. GJ Project had the honor of hearing Steve speak at the screening of Max Good’s Vigilante Vigilante in March of this year and know first hand that his speaking style and humor can captivate a room. At the PSFK Conference Steve spoke on a wide range of topics including many of his public and private art projects.  Some of the projects he discussed were his “Neighborhoods” project in Brooklyn, NY and his “Love Letters” project in Philadelphia, PA. The main points to his speech were him reflecting on how he incorporates his daily experiences into his art.
