Oakland, California is home to a thriving graffiti scene. The city has a story to be told and G.A.T.S.  (Graffiti Against The System) seems to have taken on the role of story-teller.  Thanks to Voice of Art and I Am Other, we will all get to see Oakland’s story through the eyes and paint can of G.A.T.S.  This video serves as part one, chapter one.
