New York Graffiti legend, Wayne Roberts aka Stay High 149, passed away yesterday at the age of 61.  Stay High 149, The Voice Of The Ghetto, was a pioneer to the graffiti movement in New York City in the early 1970’s and then again when he resurfaced in 2000. Thanks to his resurfacing, his tags still blanket the city today.
